We are a family who enjoys growing our own food, both for the rich lifestyle and educational experience it provides for our children. We value sustainability, and have a goal of providing food for our family and our island.

We moved to Gabriola after 10 years living in the Yukon, but both of us grew up in Saskatchewan. We love Gabriola for the quietness, beaches, hiking, temperate climate; but most of all the long growing season.
